Terms of Service
The terms that apply to your use of Ritto.
Last updated: 2026-07-20
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ritto, including ritto.ai, our beta update list, accounts, admin areas, downloads, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Ritto is the product and service brand used on this website.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Ritto is an early product for turning repeated operations into reviewable, reusable Tasks. The public website currently provides product information and beta update registration. We may later make additional features, accounts, admin tools, downloads, software builds, documentation, integrations, APIs, or paid plans available.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including beta features.
Beta Status
Some or all of the Service may be experimental, incomplete, or available only to selected users. Beta features may change, break, be reset, or be removed. Joining the beta update list does not guarantee access, availability, pricing, support, downloads, or future product rights.
Accounts and Access
If account access is enabled, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal requirement.
Software Downloads
If we provide downloadable software, installers, agents, desktop applications, command-line tools, or related files, they are licensed, not sold. Unless a separate license is provided with the download, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software only for evaluating or using Ritto as intended.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, redistribute, bypass technical restrictions, or use the software to build a competing service, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, scrape, or abuse the Service;
- upload or transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content;
- use the Service to make unlawful, unsafe, or fully automated decisions without appropriate human review;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- remove or alter proprietary notices.
User Content and Feedback
You may provide information, feedback, use cases, prompts, files, task examples, or other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
Product Boundaries
Ritto is intended to support repeatable work that can be reviewed by humans. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming actions, and deciding whether a workflow, task, or result is appropriate for your use case. Ritto does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, employment decisions, compliance review, or other specialized review.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, databases, authentication providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics tools, storage providers, repositories, or external platforms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Payments
The current public website is focused on beta update registration. If paid features are offered later, pricing, billing terms, taxes, renewals, cancellation terms, and refund rules will be provided at or before purchase. Third-party payment processors may handle payment information.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, documentation, code, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data, output, task, download, or feature will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim or USD $100.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
